Steps To Ownership
Step 1 - Complete the Request For consideration form
We want to understand about you, your experience, and your plans for owning a This Is It! BBQ and Seafood franchise. Use the following link to complete the Request For Consideration Form.
Step 2 - Have an introductory call with a prequalification manager
We will officially introduce you to I believe this is it and this is it! BBQ and Seafood. We will talk with you about financial and operational qualification requirements, and the territory of interest.
Step 3 - Deeper Qualification & process overview (Application)
A deeper fit analysis is performed including a deeper financial analysis and a background review. the entire process is reviewed in detail. A full application is taken and processed.
Step 4 - Receive a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
If there is mutual interest in moving forward, we will provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) which explains the This Is It! BBQ and Seafood franchise in detail and includes a copy of the franchise agreement you will sign. Discovery Day is also scheduled during this step.
Step 5 - Discovery Day
Official visit to I believe This Is It! and This Is It! BBQ and Seafood corporate headquarters. meetings with senior This Is It! BBQ and Seafood staff, support teams, a Review of FDD, and restaurant tours.
Step 6 - Execute Franchise Agreement
If there is mutual interest in moving forward, you will sign the franchise agreement and forward to I believe This Is It! with payment. the agreement will be countersigned at i believe this is it corporate and returned to you. WELCOME TO THIS IS IT! BBQ AND SEAFOOD.
Step 7 - Location Selection, Build Out and opening
Once the Franchise Agreement is executed we will beign training and opening support. We will provide training and consulting on how to successfully open your This Is It! BBQ & Seafood restaurant, and we will support you along the way. We want to make absolutely sure you have all the knowledge and tools necessary to make your opening a success.
